Rochester Motor Cars is now offering a courtesy shuttle service! This service is for those guests that have a vehicle being worked on in one of our Service Departments. Ask your Service Advisor for more details when you check in for your appointment or continue reading below!
How To Schedule
Do you need to book a shuttle ride? Click here and fill out all the required fields. Your ride should be for the same day as we do not book rides ahead of time. This service is first come, first serve.
What are your hours?
Monday – Friday
First pick up: 6 AM
Last pick up: 5:30 PM
Saturday
First pick up: 7:45 AM
Last pick up: 3:30 PM
Sunday - CLOSED

All shuttle rides must be within Rochester city limits. You must be going to or leaving one of our RMC locations. See full list below:
- Rochester Toyota – 4365 Canal Place SE
- Rochester Ford – 4900 HWY 52 N
- Rochester Quick Lane at Ford – 4900 HWY 52 N
- Rochester Mazda – 2955 48th Street SW
- Rochester Chevrolet Cadillac – 1000 12th Street SW

*Disclaimer: As of April 3rd, 2023, the Mayo Hilton / Guggenheim building is no longer an approved location for drop off / pick up. Customers will now need to utilize the Gonda East location. No personal items are allowed to be stored in the shuttle once you arrive at your destination. This includes strollers and car seats. Car seats must be provided for all children using our shuttle and installed properly by the guest. Shuttles can pull into residential driveways, but they cannot pull into a guest’s private garage. While we are pet friendly, all pets must be leashed while in the shuttle for safety purposes. Up to 4 passengers may be in the shuttle at one time. We do not guarantee any specific time slots. All rides are first come, first serve. We have the right to refuse service to anyone that is not in compliance with our regulations.
