High strength steels require precise repair procedures to maintain the structural integrity and safety of the vehicle.

With today's advanced computer alignment tools, and computerized welding equipment we can get the vehicles body alignment spot on, and make sure the car is repaired with the same strength and safety it had before the collision.

Computerized body frame alignment racks aren’t necessarily new, but are very expensive and not found in many body shops. We have two Chief alignment racks that use Computerized Velocity laser measuring systems to deliver the accuracy that Insurance companies and customers demand.

For welding repairs, we use the Pro Spot i4 Inverter Resistance Spot Welder. It is designed to handle the difficult-to weld materials such as boron steels and advanced high strength alloys (AHSS) used in modern vehicles to provide crash protection. These new metals are rapidly becoming the material of choice among car manufacturers. The i4 includes an OEM programmable feature with detailed repair illustrations and customized weld programs specific to your vehicle. It uses high voltage and high pressure to spot the weld together just like the manufacturer intended. The weld is cool to the tough immediately after it’s made. Using a “farm supply store” welder to spark these materials together heats and distorts them, and weakens the high strength properties of the material. We made the significant investment in this technology because the quality safety of our repairs and the safety of our customers is our number one priority!
